What is considered full day?

A full day charter typically gets picked up at the meeting point at 9am and returns by 4pm. For trips to the BVIs, our return time will need to allow time to check in through U.S. Customs prior to their closing for the day,

Where can we be picked up?

For St. John departures, we pick up at the National Parks Service Dock in Cruz Bay (across from Morgan’s Mango Restaurant).

For St. Thomas departures, we can meet at Compass Point Marina, The Ritz, or Sapphire Marina. Cruise passengers can be picked up at Crown Bay Marina.

Our concierge, or captain, will arrange the pick up location with you prior to the trip to determine the most convenient location based on where you are staying and desired itinerary to help save you time and fuel costs.

What is Included?

The boat has a large cooler that we stock with ice and water. We also provide snorkel equipment (masks, snorkel and fins), noodles for flotation as well as an experienced USCG licensed captain.

What should we bring?

We suggest bringing towels and reef-safe non-aerosol sunscreen. A dry bag to keep your dollars, phones and cameras dry can be helpful. Feel free to bring snacks and cold beverages to put in the cooler. Take along your favorite tunes as they can be hooked up to our stereo system.

If traveling to the BVIs, please bring $70 cash per person for Customs and don’t forget your passports!

Gratuity for the captain should be paid in cash (recommended 20-25% of total boat cost)

Most restaurants throughout the USVI and BVI take credit cards.

Can we go to the Baths?

Yes, we can take you to the Bath’s on Virgin Gorda depending on sea conditions and at the captain’s discretion. You will be required to swim into the beach (50 yards or so)to be able to explore this Natural Wonder. Check with your captain the day of the trip to determine if it’s a good day to go and what the rest of the day’s itinerary will look like.

What can we expect for fuel charges?

Typically, fuel charges range from $150-$300.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days out will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations within the 7 days, no refund will be given.

Weather cancellations will be made by the captain on the day of the trip. If the trip is cancelled due to weather an attempt to reschedule will be made or a full refund will be given.
